“Went to Automotive Specialty Services today for an oil change. I was very impressed with them from the start. Finally an auto service company that understands the meaning of customer service. The staff was as nice on the phone as they were in person. The shop waiting area was clean and welcoming. My vehicle was taken in right away to start the work. Shortly after, Casey came out and walked me back to the shop bays to show me some things that they found. I did not feel pressured at all to pay for additional repairs. I felt that they really cared about their customers and wanted to make sure I was educated on the issues. I will definitely use them again in the near future. I also enjoyed the cookie they provided as a thank you at check out; it was a nice touch.”
